If you placed your order using Klarna, please note the following mandatory conditions:
- You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Klarna’s standard returns policy
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged
- Refunds must be issued to the original payment method — store credits are not applicable
- No restocking fees may be charged
- These terms apply exclusively to Klarna orders and are not subject to modification or exception
